This lot is created with a combination of beans from the SL6 and SL9 variety, both varieties developed over the past 70 years in India. SL6 is a variety that is hardy, a cross between an arabica and robusta bean that deliveres a consistent medium body, sweetness and acidity flavour and SL9 delivers a good acidity with excellent complex taste.
Processing is done using fermentation and washing in a closed stainless steel drums and in raised beds for drying.
