This lot is created with a combination of beans from the SL5B and SL9 variety, both prized varieties developed over the past 70 years. SL5B is a variety that is tall coffee plant that grows in high elevation that brings in the flavours of dark chocolate and hints of citrus and SL9 delivers a good acidity with excellent complex taste.
Processing is done using fermentation and washing in a closed stainless steel drums and in raised beds for drying.
