This is created with the SL795 variety of beans - an Arabica bean that is grown in medium to high elevation and has tall plants. The fruit is complex, acid and sweet at the same time, delivering a consistent but complex cup. Processing is done by the Pulp sun-dried method where the beans are pulped after harvested and let to sun dry where the leftover pulp sugars is absorbed back in the bean creating a beautiful cuppa.
