This lot is created with a combination of beans from the SL795, which is a tall plant and produces large oblong beans with brilliant cup quality. Monsoon Malabar is a process in which the beans are exposed to the travails of the monsoon winds and rain. The bean swells and loses its acidity and unveils a complex dance of flavours.
