A relatively new crop - planted only 15 years back, with the Coffee Board in India, looking to expand its footprint outside of the Southern India.
This is created with the SL795 variety of beans - an Arabica bean that is grown in medium to high elevation and has tall plants. The fruit is complex, acid and sweet at the same time, delivering a consistent but complex cup. Processing is done using traditional washed method.
