Arabica SL795 beans that is picked when ripe and processed washed under partial anaerobic conditions to bring a coffee with a full body and balanced sweetness and acidity. It is harvested in the hills of the Western Ghats at an elevation of around 1400m. 

SL795 is a protege of the old Chicks - the first coffee to reach Chickamangalur. The bean is characterised by a relatively smaller sieve (16+) but with a full body and ripeness in every sip. 

The processing is carried out using partially anaerobic conditions - where it is fermented and thereafter dried to ensure moisture content is less than 11%.
